David Goodhart

David Goodhart, 48, is married to FT columnist Lucy Kellaway; they have four children and live in Highbury, North London.

Goodhart, a graduate of York University, worked as a journalist first on the Yorkshire Evening Press (1979-1982) then on the Financial Times (1982-1994) before taking a year's leave of absence to raise the money to start Prospect. On the FT he was employment editor, a writer on the Lex column and (from 1988 to 1991) a correspondent in Bonn.

After successfully raising the start-up money for Prospect the first edition of the magazine came out in September 1995; Goodhart has been editor since the start. Hobbies include watching and playing several sports.



 

Taji Mustafa Fombo

IT Systems engineer with a degree from the University of North London. Islamic activist who has addressed various audiences at universities, community centres and international conferences up and down the UK over the last 12 years.

Taji Fombo has had various articles published and presented including:

  • Dilema of Muslims growing up in the West
  • French hijab ban and secularism
  • 'Post 30th June and the issue of Iraqi sovereingty' presented at Middle East and North Africa Oil and Gas
